The list of ingredients that contribute to the mood boosting properties of our products are:
5-HTP (5-hydroxy-tryptophane) is the direct chemical precursor to the neurotransmitter Serotinin. It is not a body foreign substance and occurs naturally in the seeds of the African Black Bean (Griffonia Simplicoflia). Unlike Serotonin itself - 5-HTP can cross the blood-brain-barrier after which the body naturally converts the 5-HTP into Serotonin.
The production of serotonin follows this pathway: L-Tryptophane --> 5-Hydroxy-Tryptophane (5-HTP) --> Serotonin (5-HT or 5-Hydroxy-Tryptamine)

Green Tea is one of the most powerful and widely used super foods in the world. It is known and proven to have relaxing properties on the brain by altering the brain waves. It is great in cobination with natural caffeine as it supports its postive attributes and counter acts its negative side effects. Additionally the polyphenols in Green Tea also assist in the production of Serotonin as they increase the enzymes necessary in the serotonin synthesis.
Guarana is used as natural source of caffeine. Currently 100ml of the ayoka Good Mood Drink contains 30mg of natural caffeine. Caffeine is probably the worlds most used drug and mood enhancer. What distinguishes caffiene sourced from caffeine used in conventional products, such as energy drinks, is that guarana also contains other active ingredients that evens out the reception of caffeine making the energy spike not as "sudden" as with caffeine alone.

L-Tyrosine is the based substance in the human bodies natural syntheis of dopamine. An increased amount of L-Tyrosine is associated with higher levels of dopamine reserves in the brain. Studies conducted by the US Army suggest that the administration of L-Tyrosine has postive impact on cognitve functioning.
The production of dopamine follows this pathway: L-Tyrosine--> L-DOPA --> Dopamine

L-Tryptophane is the precursor from 5-HTP. Although it is less potent than 5-HTP it is the main ingredient in all conventional food items that are said to have a postive effect on the mood such as chocolate, nuts, cheese and more.
