Stream of Funds

We have decided on a hollistic omni-financing approach as to not be solely reliant on revenue streams and investments from Web3 and vice versa. Funds will flow freely between both components of the business in order to be able integrate the Web3 aspects of the business into the core revenue steam and to deliver the utility to holders.

Good Mood Dudes mint funds alone are by far not enough to be able to deliver everything outlined in this whitepaper - and thats okay:

Increasing potential

Apart from increasing the revenue from the "traditional" Web2 aspects of the business, one of our key focus points after a succesful mint will be to target traditional finance institutions we are partner and in contact with to raise capital for the whole project.

We have turned down investment and exit opportunites in the past and still have access to a broad range of investors including but not limited to: Venture Capital Funds, Banks, Private- and Multi Family Offices, Business Angels and High Net Worth Individuals whom we will try to approach and convince to help us build out our vision.

Where the funds are going to be used

All investments and profits generated over the next years will be mostly diverted into the following three pillars which in total will make up 85% funds:

Human Resources

We will look for the most fitted individuals for all operations (from sales to development) while building a competent managment structure above.

Marketing

Effective marketing is a essential for every consumer brand and usually one of the most cost intensive positions. Getting seen and getting our message across is detremential to sucess.

Product Development and Production

Increasing our product range agressively as to reduce risks and dependency on singular streams of revenue.
